Cauliflower Curry with onion/nigella seeds has a wonderful taste. The nigella seeds impart aromatic flavour profile to the dish. This recipe is from Bengal Cuisine. You must be wondering why I’m posting it here. But, this curry is an excellent accompaniment for not only roti but also south Indian meal.

Cook Time 15 mins
- Heat oil in a pan, add the nigella seeds, ginger and green chilies. Saute for couple of secounds.
- Then add onions and saute till they are translucent.
- Then add the florets and turmeric and cook with the lid on for 8-10mins.
- Now, add salt and cook it for 5 mins.
The curry is ready to serve with hot rotis or as an accompaniment for hot dal rice.
